Unfortunately, in today’s world, more and more people are becoming increasingly self-conscious about how they look which, ultimately, determines how they feel about themselves. In an ideal world everybody would be perfectly happy, comfortable and confident with their bodies, what they have and how they look. Sadly, this is not the case, there is however some good news, you can change the way you look if you so wish and here is how;

Happy with self

If you are of a younger generation, namely ‘millennials’ you may not even understand why you feel unhappy or uncomfortable within the body you live, older generations may have a better understanding yet, are still affected. Technology plays a huge part, things like filters and apps that manipulate the way a person looks whilst taking a photo have a lot of people living in a fake world.

A world whereby people can believe that they actually look like the manipulated image that they see on things like social media. Online media channels have increased the ‘fake world’ impact tenfold as people can be more easily sold to, or given an impression that they should look a particular way.

If you are one those people that is affected by either your own feelings, or external influences then there are procedures available that can help you to achieve the look that you desire. One of the most common facial features that people are unhappy with is their nose, being the centerpiece of your face it’s surprising really.

There are some down sides of nose surgery (known as เสริมจมูกสวยธรรมชาติ in Thai) and some things that you should consider before jumping into a surgical chair. For one, it is permanent, unless you go for further surgery the fact still remains, you cannot undo what has been done. Some people don’t have any bad side effects apart from a few weeks of minor pain and discomfort including some bruises whereas others have been known to encounter really severe pain for months, although it is rare.

Food for thought

If you can live your life without surgery and learn to love yourself inside and out, then you will live a happier, more fulfilled life. On the other hand, if your current appearance is making you miserable then some of the most modern procedures could be suitable and cause as little discomfort as possible. Do some research first and do make sure that it really is what you want, some people have the urge and then regrets post-surgery.
